RICE PAPER ROLLS

I can't deny that these are fiddley little things to perfect.  Most of the time mine just look OK until you pick them up and then they slip apart as they are dipped into the soy ready to be applied to my face- but I don't really care how they look, they taste fab! 
 


RICE PAPER ROLLS

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Rice vermicelli
  • 1 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
  • 1 bunch Fresh coriander (roughly chopped)
  • ½ cucumber (cut into thin batons)
  • 6 spring onions (finely sliced)
  • 12 Rice pancakes
