How much do you want to spend? You can feed a crowd on a budget, so feel free to set one and stick to it. Good beef mince can be transformed into so many great dishes to feed a crowd. If you choose beef tenderloin or rack of lamb your costs will be significantly higher, but that's OK as long as you are prepared to spend more to feed your guests.
